How to request account deletion
PriyaGold Field Sales is provisioned for authorized Priyagold field personnel. Account and data lifecycle management are handled by Priyagold’s system administrators (Surya Food & Agro Ltd).
Method 1: Contact Priyagold (preferred)
To delete your account or specific records, contact Priyagold’s IT or Sales Operations team through your internal support channels (for example, your manager, helpdesk, or assigned administrator).
Method 2: Contact Appstrail (technical routing)
If you are unable to reach the appropriate Priyagold contact, you may email Appstrail at hello@appstrail.com. Appstrail will route the request to Priyagold for handling, since Priyagold (Surya Food & Agro Ltd) is the Data Controller.
Please include:
- Your full name
- Your field-user ID or enterprise username (if available)
- Your registered mobile number or email (if applicable)
- The type of request (account deletion, deletion of a specific record, or correction)
- Any relevant details to help Priyagold identify the account/records
What will be deleted
Deletion requests are evaluated and executed by Priyagold in accordance with its operational and legal requirements. Depending on the request and applicable policies, Priyagold may delete or restrict access to:
- Field-user account access for the App
- App records associated with your account (to the extent permitted), such as attendance, visit, and order records
- Supporting media (for example, attendance selfies and onboarding/store-audit photos) associated with your records, where applicable
Certain operational records may be retained where required for safety, audits, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Verification
To protect your account and Priyagold’s operational data, Priyagold may need to verify your identity and authorization before processing a request.
